Return Policy:

  • You may initiate a return within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Returns will be accepted only for products that are defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered.

  • Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized items, and intimate or sanitary goods are exempt from being returned.

  • Once your return request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the product.

  • It is mandatory to return the product to MerchNook's office within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of receipt.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receiving the returned product.

  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders will be processed through store credit or bank transfer.

  • In case of a refund to a bank account, please provide accurate bank account details to facilitate the refund process.

  • If the price displayed on the product and the actual price charged by MerchNook's merchant differ, you must register a complaint via email at complain@merchnook.com within 48 hours of the transaction. Upon validation of your complaint, any excess amount paid will be refunded to you within 10 working days via the method of payment used.

  • In the event of receiving a delivery, you must notify us via email at complain@merchnook.com within 48 hours to register any complaints regarding the delivery.

Cancellation Policy:

  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed for shipping.

  • MerchNook reserves the right to cancel your order at any time for reasons deemed necessary. In such cases, if an advance payment has been made, the necessary refund information (bKash number/Rocket number/Card number, etc.) must be provided, and if the product is returned to MerchNook after being delivered, refunds will be processed within 7 days for bKash and within 10 days for online card transactions.

Exchange Policy:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.

  • We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect for our records.

  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
