You are responsible for fulfilling orders promptly and accurately on MerchNook. This includes securely packaging products, providing tracking information, and delivering orders to customers within the specified timeframe.
In the event of any delays or issues with order fulfillment, you agree to communicate promptly with customers and MerchNook to resolve the situation.

5. Customer Service:

You are expected to provide exceptional customer service to buyers on MerchNook, including responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
MerchNook reserves the right to intervene and assist with customer service matters as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience for buyers.

6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
